Valentine Brown, LLC is a law practice limited to immigration and nationality law. We focus our practice on business immigration, helping businesses to obtain nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence for their employees. We work hard to make the immigration process as painless as possible. This means staying current on all laws, so we get the paperwork right. It means knowing the timesaving nuances and solutions for unique situations. At the most basic level, it means being available to talk, update and reassure.

Our Practice
We represent corporate and individual clients in a broad array of matters before the INS, Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. While we represent many clients in family based and asylum matters, our primary focus is on business immigration.

We work with companies in the United States and those looking to expand their businesses to the US. We assist them in obtaining the necessary nonimmigrant visas to allow their employees to work in the United States. We also prepare permanent residence and citizenship applications, for persons who are interested in permanent relocation to the United States.

We work with employees already in this country and those preparing to come. Often we act as an advisor. Companies who have difficulty finding workers with the skills they need wonder if they can hire abroad. We counsel them on the legalities and help explore the pros and cons. Once a business has made the decision, we handle the application from start to finish, using our experience to expedite the process.

Our involvement also extends beyond the legal paperwork. We recognize that immigration involves people. Employers need to know when they can expect people to be on the job. Often delay is costly. Likewise, workers need support as they grapple with issues that could uproot their lives and their families. We strive to minimize stress and uncertainty with timely information and personal contact.

In our site you will find information about our attorneys, our services and about the many types of temporary and permanent visas available in the US. If you would like more information, we invite you to give us a call or send an email. You may also schedule a consultation by completing the form on our consultations page.
